Welcome TL James, MBA, started her career as a sourcing expert and manager for Fortune 500 oil/gas, high-tech, and academia companies. James's experience made her an ideal partner for businesses looking to enhance supply chain efficiency, save money, and boost profitability.
James enjoyed writing. In 2006, she decided to act on her desire and started writing 'The MPire' her first science fiction series. She wrote and published 9 works in this series using her broad corporate America experience and active imagination. Her novels are lauded for the depth of their imaginative universes, the intricacy of their themes, and the complexity of their characters. In 2011, she founded PHE Ink - Writing Solutions Firm, where she instructed authors on how to handle the "Business of Being an Author." She published 47 novels and two audiobooks. James's recognition as a writer led to opportunities as a corporate and literary speaker and coach. She spoke her email marketing, Profit First and Business Strategy for Authors and Small Business Owners, at Chambers of Commerce, workshops, and seminars. She studied with Christy Whitman at Quantum Success Coaching and Mary Morrisey at Brave Thinking (Life Mastery) Institute to become a Dream Builder Coach. As part of her combined life and business coaching program, she counseled individuals and organizations on how to sharpen their desires in life while increasing efficiency and effectiveness in business by developing operating manuals and roadmaps. Her inventive approach to life/business problem-solving and broad understanding of logistics and operations assisted her clients in achieving success and realizing their full potential. Throughout her life and career, she has endeavored to make a positive impact on the world. In addition to her expertise in logistics and planning, she is renowned for her enthusiasm and energy. While she lives in Houston, Texas, she often travels. |
